Sunday Style: Day One & a Makeover!

February 6, 2011

Happy February everyone! Wow. How did time fly so fast?! This year has been going by quickly, just like 2010 did. Crazy! Hopefully I will be able to reach my goals this year!
Anyway, if you noticed the title of this post, I'm starting something fun! Every Sunday I'll take a picture of myself in my outfit that I wore to church. I always most of the time feel that I look my best on Sundays. I have named it Sunday Style and it starts today! Just a warning I am by no means a model. At all. I am working on my fitness so bear with me. Posting these pictures is a step or two out of my comfort zone!
Oh, I wore my outfit with my black boots. I did a little makeover on the boots.
I cut the fur trim off. It made the boots hit my leg at a weird spot so off it went. Now it looks so much better. Even my mom liked it! She has the same boots in brown and wants me to modify hers. :)
Church went well today. I love teaching Primary. It's a lot of fun and it's a challenge. I have 7 students ranging from the ages of 6-8. They are all so smart and quite adorable. I hope I'm helping them learn.
Yay! Tomorrow I have the day off! Thank you Super Bowl! The base commander made our Monday a family day so most of the airmen have the day off to enjoy the game. I'm going to be working on my room and going through my things. I need to organize and get rid of stuff. I have to if I want to do what I want to this summer. More on that in a different post!
Have a fabulous Sunday everyone!

P.S. I'm thinking of revamping my layout. I want to make it look more sophisticated...any ideas for colors/patterns?
