Last week, out of the blue, said to me to make beef stew! I was a bit surprised since we NEVER make beef stew! Ha ha. So I made it. I looked up some recipes online and based on those I made my own! Here are pictures:

Hello again everyone. Yes, I have been slacking in the writing department. I apologize. Seriously. Things have been busy. Work, gym, babysitting (have to earn the extra dough to go back to Utah somehow!), and just relaxing some. I'm working on a new layout for my blog, just finished one for Dani and have some more to make! So add that to work, the gym, and other things and I am actually busy. :)

It was pretty good! Filling and warm and delicious! Yum.
Here's my Sunday Style picture. I looked eh. I wore purple since tomorrow is Valentine's Day.
